Lilac Points are the last recognized breed of the Royal Siamese family in the late 1950s. Lilac Points are the palest version among all four original Siamese point colors. Lilac Points have light-cream pinkish-white bodies with silver/frosty-grey points with a pinkish undertone. The points are the facial mask, ears, tail paws nose leather and paw pads. They are the diluted version of Chocolate Points.
They are also called ‘Frost Points’ and ‘Lavender Points’. They are the palest version of Siamese cats among all other Siamese breeds. They have a paler body which remains pale the whole lifetime.
Personality Traits:
Lilac Point Siamese cats are rare and most dramatic cats. They have a very theatrical and dramatic behaviour which is very loveable. They love to be special in the surrounding humans. They are eager to seek special attention from their owners. Lilac Point Siamese cats are also a good choice for adoption. They are very curious and love to explore. They love to play and spend their time in playful activities.
They are very vocal and communicate frequently very loudly to express their needs and desires. They do not hesitate to tell their owners if they are not liking anything.

Lilac Points kittens are born white and take more time to develop their coloring than Seal and Blue Points as Chocolate Points. They can be difficult to differentiate from Blue Points when they are young.

This question is asked quite often at many forums, TV shows and breeding programs but here’s a detailed answer to this question.
- Lilac Points have light / pale silver-grey points with a pinkish tone on their points and also have pinkish-toned fur on their body.
- Blue Points have dark bluish slate grey or silver points and bluish cold-toned fur on their body.
